The benefits available through the Accident on Set program provided by Actra Fraternal Benefit Society (AFBS) are highlighted to the left.  The benefit coverage descriptions are provided for information purposes only.  These descriptions do not provide the contractual terms, conditions, definitions, exceptions or limitations under which benefits are provided.

Producers and eligible performers may request a copy of the full Policy or contact the Accident on Set program administrator at admin@accidentonset.com for additional details about the Accident on Set program.  In the event of a discrepancy within this section, a misunderstanding or a conflict, benefits will be paid according to the terms and conditions of the master Insurance Policy (GH20000) and any applicable legislation.
