Accident on Set benefits will be automatically added to all productions in the provinces where provincial workers compensation for performers including stunt performers is not mandatory.

1. All Signatory Engagers to the National Commercial Agreement will automatically be added to this program, for all provinces where the program is available.

2. The Policyholder will be Signatory Engagers to the National Commercial Agreement, and copies of the Master Policy will be made available to Engagers.

3. Engagers with Ontario productions who insure their production crew through WSIB will be required to complete and submit the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) Employer by Application – Entertainment Industry Form.
