Program Details

Whether through a legislated program, a voluntary insurance program or legal action, Producers are often responsible for ensuring there is financial protection for a performer who is injured on set. The Accident on Set program is designed specifically to provide protection to all performers (including stunt performers and background performers) should an injury occur as a result of an accident while on set.


Accident on Set is not available in this province/territory due to the mandatory requirements of workers' compensation program in this province/territory.
Accident on Set covers ALL performers including stunt performers. Workers' compensation is not available.
Accident on Set covers ALL performers including stunt performers. Workers' compensation is optional in this province for performers; however stunt performers are excluded from this program.
Accident on Set coverage may be available. Please contact AFBS for details. Workers' compensation coverage is optional, but when provided must cover all cast and crew.
